Managing Team

Joseph has over 55 years of experience in the construction industry. He began his career as a teenager working for his father’s cesspool company. In 1971, Joseph, along with his wife Adelaide, founded Adjo Contracting Corporation. Today he is instrumental in job procurement as well as advising and assisting Adjo employees.

In 1971, Adelaide, along with her husband Joseph, founded Adjo Contracting Corporation. Today she is
instrumental in employing and overseeing all public relations operations, and is responsible for the
efficient administration of Adjo.

Joseph holds a B.S in Business Administration and is a member of both the International Union of Operating Engineers-local 138 and the Road and Heavy Construction Laborers Union-local 1298. He has been running and overseeing Adjo’s operations for 30 years.

Adrian holds a B.S in Business Administration and an MBA degree in Banking and Finance. Adrian has over 20 years of experience working and managing company accounts. She now oversees all accounts, budgets and financial operations.
